Foxat Terms of Use
Acceptance
By using Foxat, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Foxat.
Foxat Service
Foxat helps you save content into a personal knowledge base and use AI-assisted features such as summary, classification, search, and chat.
Foxat may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Accounts
Foxat may support Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and guest use. You are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in provider account you use with Foxat.
You may not attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the security or operation of Foxat.
User Content
You are responsible for content you save, submit, import, or share with Foxat. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content with Foxat.
You grant Foxat permission to store, process, analyze, summarize, classify, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.
You may not use Foxat to store or process content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, harmful, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
AI Features
Foxat uses AI systems to help summarize, classify, analyze, and answer questions about saved content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
Do not rely on Foxat as your only source for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to break or bypass Foxat security or rate limits, reverse engineer Foxat except where allowed by law, upload malware or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, or misrepresent your identity or relationship to Foxat.
Data Deletion
Foxat provides account deletion for signed-in users. Deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy. Some records may remain temporarily where needed for backups, legal compliance, security, or service integrity.
Third-Party Services
Foxat relies on third-party services, including sign-in providers, hosting providers, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
No Warranty
Foxat is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Foxat does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foxat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of Foxat.
Changes
Foxat may update these Terms as the service changes. The "Last updated" date will be revised when these Terms change.
